As we try to navigate through this controversy under conditions that will undoubtedly be restrained by limited funding. As such, we seek public support. While this is clearly an unconventional method of obtaining research support, thinking and working outside the box is often necessary to accomplish ones' goals. After all, it was not long ago that obtaining financial support through the Internet for a presidential campaign was considered a rediculous idea.
Although we encourage donations of any amount and no donation is too small, we have identified sponsorship levels below:
- General Sponsor. All donors, regardless of the amount, will be considered sponsors will be listed on the website as a Sponsor of The Crohn's Disease Initiative. Donations may be made anonymously and/or on behalf of another party/person.
- Silver Sponsor. Donations of ≥$100.00 will be designated as Silver Sponsors of our research efforts and be provided the opportunity to submit a short descriptive paragraph under the silver sponsorship.
- Gold Sponsor. Donations of ≥$1,000.00 will be designated as Gold Sponsors of our research efforts, provided the opportunity to submit a short descriptive paragraph under the Gold sponsorship, receive an acknowledgment letter from Texas Tech University School of Medicine (for tax purposes), and have their name engraved within a brass plaque publically visible at the University.
- Platinum Sponsor. Donations of ≥$10,000.00 will be designated as Platinum Sponsors of our research efforts, provided the opportunity to submit a short descriptive paragraph under the Platinum sponsorship, receive an acknowledgment letter from Texas Tech University School of Medicine (for tax purposes), and have their name engraved within a brass plaque publically visible at the University. In addition, all Platinum Sponsors will be acknowledged in all scientific publications arising from our research efforts.
